REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

 

Any product will only be refunded if there is an uncut valid video of opening the package, If there is the same amount of damage seen in the videos as described by you then only we will refund the amount. 

We won’t initiate any refund, if it is reported after 15 hours of you receiving packages. 

Please check your address to confirm it is correct, we are not responsible if packaging gets misplaced .

In case order returns back to us because of a customer’s fault, customers have to re-pay the shipping charges.
*Please allow up to 24-72 hours to analyse the situation and respond respective issues*

Once your refund detail is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received information . We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a respective amount will be credited to you within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation mail, first check your bank account details again .
and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially seen.
contact your bank further. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve gone through above mentioned details and you have still not received your refund, please contact us via mail .

Return policy
These items are non-returnable once it’s opened and used even once, as per hygiene and current covid situation.

If you receive a damaged/defective/different item, we will refund the amount after analysing the complete situation (if applicable)

For a refund of the product shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly encourage you to read our product descriptions, ingredients and all instructions thoroughly and to make well purchasing decisions. If you have any questions, please email us prior to purchasing. we don’t accept order cancellations in any case once order is placed. 

 

LOST PACKAGES

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and within 24-36 hours, we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package.  Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left.
